NETcon held regular Safety Day on Wed 14th October.
Staff participated in a number of competency courses like Pole Top Rescue and First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Training, Excavator and Forklift Driving, Working on Elevated Platforms, and Confined Space Trailer.
Also, staff were issued with new Linesman Helmets which meet the SMEI criteria, and the NETcon staff performance criteria.
The day was also used to get equipment tested including harnesses, pole straps and lanyards in order to be compliant and provide a safe work environment for all employees.
