NETcon isn't just an industry leader when it comes to operating and maintaining electricity networks in the South Canterbury region, we are also a big supporter of local community projects and people.
- Our team install, erect and remove the magical Timaru Christmas lights each year for the festive period along Stafford Street, on behalf of the Timaru District Council. We also store the lights when not in use and ensure that they are in top shape before they go up!
- We undertook the electrical cabling and transformer install for the build of the South Canterbury Eco Centre - an innovative environmental education centre based in Timaru. Charging only for the materials, we provided free labour to get this unique project completed.
